Return and Refund Policy
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately we will not be able to refund your product if you are outside of the United States. All international sales are final.
Contact us before returning, and use the return portal located at the website footer.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Additionally, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds or exchanges if your order is outside of the United States.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed. It must also be in the original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We will not accept returns if you did not contact us before sending the product.
The return address for zipped hoodies is different than all other products.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please contact us before returning for a refund and allow up to 20 days for it to be processed.
You are only eligible for a refund if the item is defective or has a problem on our end. We do not accept refunds for buyer's remorse (you decided you did not like the product) or wrong sizing.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, the refund will be made to purchaser and whatever was used to purchase the item.
Contact us before returning your product. We will provide the necessary details about shipping. Please note: we will not accept refunds if you did not contact us before you sent it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will only be refunded for the product, not the shipping you may have paid for at checkout.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
